American Red Cross Adult CPR
Participants receive certification in checking conscious and unconscious adult victims, administering rescue breathing, clearing obstructed airway, and one person CPR for adults. Certification is good for one year. Price: $40.00 per person

American Red Cross First Aid
Mandatory for all Employees, participants receive certification in treating minor injuries and sudden illnesses. Certification is good for three years. Price: $35.00 per person

American Red Cross Preventing Disease Transmission
Mandatory for all employees, participants recieve knowledge and certificaton in the disease transmission process, bloodborne pathogens, and preventing disease transmission. Certification is good for 1 year. Price: $20.00 per person

Direct Support Professional (DSP)
The Direct Support Professional(DSP) curriculum is a 14 module, 45 hour, state mandated training established to cover areas essential for supporting individuals living with Mental Retardation and Autism. Modules include:

Complete Curriculum: $375 per person or if you should only require certain modules; $40 for 1/2 day, $70 for whole day

Non-Abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention (NAPPI)
This course has been designed specifically for employees who work with people who have developmental disabilities and can be physically aggressive. Employee safety will be a major focus as well. This course is designed to train staff in methods of assessing, preventing , and physically managing dangerous behavior, as well as to develop strong professional relationships with people even if they have challenging behavior. Emphasis is placed on avoiding conflict and fostering an atmosphere of cooperation with the people you serve. Certification is good for one year. Due to our agreement with NAPPI International, we may only offer this to companies with 50 or fewer employees.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer this course to non-employees at this time.

Recertifications are also available for Intermediate and Basic levels of NAPPI

Certified Residential Medications Aide (CRMA)
In this 40 hour Workshop, participants who successfully complete practical skills and written exams will receive certification in passing medication. This Workshop is mandatory for many JFM Employees who pass medication. Check the DHS regulations and JFM Policy that govern your Program for details. Certification is good for two years. At the conclusion of class, each participant must complete three med passes monitored by a qualified person. A qualified person is one who has been a CRMA for at least one year. Price: $275.00 per person

Recertifications are also available for CRMA Price: $85.00 per person
