Currently there are several in house work programs, i.e. Earnable Returnables Bottle Redemption and a woodworking program that allows individuals to earn pay through piecework. Additional worksites have been developed in the community as a delivery service and working at Great Northern Recycling. The work service program is funded through Voc Rehab and Medicaid Waiver funds. An Employment Specialist and several job coaches currently staff the program. Programs offered by the work services are:

  • Career development and exploration
  • Community based work adjustment training
  • Job development · Transitional employment
  • Supported employment
  • Transition planning and training
  • Community resources
  • Natural supports developer
Work services seeks to provide all of these components in a person-centered environment. Satisfaction will be continually monitored to insure our level of service. We will over the next 12 months be working on our CARF accreditation. This will further enhance our services to the individuals in the program.
